Benefit from my 29 years of experience working in the field of career information. | Satisfying careers are built on good career information. It may take years for you to decide whether your career choice has turned out to be a wise one. But your chances of satisfaction are better if you make the choice wisely. That means basing the choice—and the planning that follows—on good career information. This is important whether you're a young person just starting out, a person contemplating a midlife career change, or an older person planning for work in retirement. In career information systems, and now in books about careers for JIST Publishing, I've focused my own career on providing accurate, easy-to-use career information. |
I now have a column, Career Jam, that appears regularly at Gary Johnson's BraveNewWorkWorld site.
I recently appeared on Fox Business Network to discuss 150 Best Recession-Proof Jobs. Click the photo to see the interview.
